Edo Ya is a local Teppan-Yaki restaurant located on Shaw and Marks on the northwest corner in Fresno. The best part about this place, besides fantastic food, is the lunch special! If you are looking to eat well, but on a budget, Edo Ya is the place to go. You don't get the same volcano chopping show you would in the evening, but for $9.95-$10.95 a plate, who needs stacked onion slices and some flames.
