Trader Joe's

Trader Joe's is a grocery store known for high end products including organic foods, vegetarian goods, and gluten free products. Trader Joe's also carries its own line of foods that is generally affordable. My husband discovered years ago that their olive oil is the most affordable generally speaking. I went there a couple days ago and bought spaghetti sauce for $1.79. So, for small occassional trips, it's worth it to stop in and stock up on a few items that may be cheaper than anywhere else (and usually tastier). I recommend the vegetable flaxseed corn chips and the Cuties clementines. Trader Joe's is located on Barstow and Blackstone on the southeast corner.

Some other deals include:

Organic canned Pumpkin 15 oz $1.99
Spiced Apple Cider 64 oz $2.99
All Natural Gravy 17.6 oz $1.49
Fresh Whole Cranberries $1.99 12 oz
Dried Cranberries $1.99 8 oz
Whole Kernel Corn 89 cents 15 oz
