Dora the Explorer turns ten this year!
Walmart is celebrating by giving away free cupcakes and a 5x7 picture of Dora in her special birthday dress from 11am to 4pm today. Sadly, none of the Fresno/Clovis Walmarts are participating; however, Walmart in Sanger on Jensen, the Walmart in Dinuba, and the Walmart in Hanford are.
