Fresno's Veteran's Day Parade starts at 10:30 am in front of City Hall with opening ceremonies and will continue until 2pm. At 11:11am taps will be played to commemorating the end of WWII on the 11th month on the 11th day in the 11th hour. -ABC 30 news
